Hello, my name is Spencer; Welcome to my little landing page, a space where I want to help YOU make some positive lifestyle changes.
Before making this website, I was a professional rugby player in my native South Africa for ten years and have been Personal Training Clients for over twelve years in London. I love my job, and the time is right for me as the fitness industry landscape changes to delve into online coaching to help more people like you.
I have explored different ways and methods of training, but the industry is saturated with misinformation. It doesn’t have to be, so I want to keep things simple. I want to get you to do something you will want to keep doing and then get better at doing it.
I have worked with post and prenatal mothers; young working professionals, and I’ve even got some clients to turn away from their office jobs and join the working world of fitness. But all of these clients had one thing in common – they didn’t have much spare time, so their time to train was precious, and that’s where I come in. I make it simple. I cut out the misconceptions and hold you accountable because I want you to achieve.

Personal Training - What I do
I create functional training programmes for busy people – It’s simple! Functional, realistic fitness programs that change you. My nutrition plans are practical, whilst my programme design is easy to understand. I keep it simple, doable and tailored to suit your lifestyle.
This is how it works for Online Training: You decide on a plan that suits you. You first fill out the questionnaire. We then have a chat via video to assess the best way forward for you. I then compile your bespoke plan based on your lifestyle, and from there, we embark on creating the new, improved version of you. If you are not sure, you can fill out the questionnaire and let me get back to you. I will contact you as soon as possible, and we can discuss the way forward. You will have my support via email and video chats at set times and feel empowered every step.
I work out of South West London and have private clients I travel to, depending on location and times. For 1 to 1 training and boot camps or any other face-to-face training, please contact me directly through my email at [email protected], and I will get back to you and arrange times and dates. We can organise all other boot camps and group sessions via email.
